Line Variation!

Ask a second grader what variation means and they will confidently say "Variation means different!" Check out their ability to create lines with variation. We know how to create variation by changing the thickness, directions and size of lines. Bad Hair Day

Ever wake up and are shocked at what you see back in the mirror? Your hair looks crazy? There's not a thing you can do? Bucktown's 3rd graders agree that sometimes we have bad hair days. We draw ourselves with a crazy hair day using line variation and pattern to really show off how crazy our hair was!

7th Grade Comics

Ms. Moore's 7th grade homeroom is taking LOL to the next level. These students worked on comics. They thought of their own plots and were very aware of different points of view, such as zooming in or out, or having a bird's eye view. Check out their hilarious results! I am so proud of them.
