In Kindergarten, everything is new, even how to hold a marker--or even knowing what a marker is. Since the beginning of the year students have been learning about materials and methods, supplies we use in art and how to use. They have been coloring in shapes using these different materials. They were then introduced to scissors where they cut out shapes and everything they could. They were then introduced to glue- liquid glue and a glue stick. They are learning so quickly and its so great to see their cutting and gluing abilities improve already! This is a culmination of basic materials (Crayons, colored pencils, markers, scissors and glue)
